Companies Announce Merger Today

The service network solutions division of Chicago-based Click Commerce will announce today its merger with Atlanta-based Servigistics, forming the nation's largest company focused on the storage, manipulation and rendering of electronic data for business service. The combined company will have revenue totaling about $100 million, according to the announcement. The new company will be based in Atlanta, but will retain a Chicago office. Illinois Tool Works sold Click Commerce last year.
